In 2014, Lauren Napier pioneered Black beauty in the prestige retail space launching an eponymous skincare brand that revolutionized skincare on the go. Lauren Napier Beauty sold in prestige retailers including Net-A-Porter, Harvey Nichols, Colette Paris, Mecca Australia, Bloomingdale's, Anthropologie, JCrew, Revolve and more.
In 2020, the entire world changed, Lauren Napier Beauty paused from outward facing beauty and began to look inward.

In 2024, Napier launched The SP1NSTER™ Media. The SP1NSTER™ explores outlooks for single women in the coming decade. Through genuine storytelling, insightful content, and data backed research The SP1NSTER™ seeks to redefine societal perceptions by amplifying the behaviors, desires and pursuits of the over 100 million single women contributing mightily to the US workforce, politics, economy and culture.
